Jeff and Stacie came out and ran a camera down our clean out and found a crack in our lines. They worked us in their busy schedule a few days later to come fix our problem. Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended to anyone. Very kind people and we appreciate them working us in on short notice. Thank you Jeff and Stacie. You guys saved us!!

Triple S does a fantastic service. They are professional, helpful, friendly, hardworking and conscientious. We were extremely pleased with the work they did on our sewer system. Each time we’ve had to have work done, they respond quickly, work us in as soon as possible, and communicate clearly on what needs to be done to fix the issues. They are polite and respectful, and it’s always a blessing to work with them. Triple S worked hard to accommodate our needs, and went above and beyond what was required to get the job done. Jeff and Stacie were both very knowledgeable, and worked hard to make sure everything was fixed just right. They’ve answered calls after hours, stayed after hours to finish jobs, and worked long hours to get through a project so we could get back home. Truly a rarity in the work field these days. What went from a simple snake and camera to a full sewer line replacement job, I wouldn’t ask for anybody else to do the job. Triple S Pumping went above and beyond when doing this job. From working with the City of Altamont to communication with the client was top notch. I wish I would have taken photos of what the sewer line was (S&D - thin walled PVC) because it was just horrible, it was long over due for newer and better pipe. Thank you Jeff and Stacy! Respectfully, I hope I never have to see you again but you’ll be the first to call when needed.

Called them for a clogged sewer line in Parsons. They responded within a few hours and cleared the clog. They also used a camera and located the bad spot in the line. The exact location to be dug up and fixed was marked including depth. Highly recommend!

We had a kitchen drain that was slow draining for years, well it finally completely clogged up. After searching on Goggle for plumbers we came across Triple S. We called and talked with his secretary and probably within 30 minutes he called and made arrangements to come out that evening. They showed up on time and was able to get it unclogged quickly. But…when testing it out, they discovered another problem, a leak, which involved digging a pipe out of the wood that had been glued in. It was not an easy job, but we appreciate their perseverance in getting it replaced.
Before leaving, they made sure the area was clean and the trash was removed. We will definitely call Triple S for any other plumbing problems we may have.
