We are very pleased with our PV installation by RevoluSun. The process went smoothly. They were organized, efficient, and professional. The salesperson was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. She right sized the system we needed. The installers worked quickly and were respectful of property.
They did not leave a mess. The engineers and electricians were thorough. When we experienced a small glitch, they were quick to come to the house and worked diligently until the problem was discovered and fixed. The system has run smoothly since then and we are pleased with the new, very low, electricity bills. It also feels nice to be going green! Our experience with RevoluSun was top-notch and we highly recommend them.

When looking for PV I wanted a reputable company that I was comfortable would be around for the long haul. I asked around at work and both people recommended RevoluSun. I reached out to Michelle Chung and she was very helpful in explaining various options and the process from beginning to end. I did bounce some ideas off another sales resource, Scott, and likewise he was a great source of information and validated my decisions.
The process from sales to quote to order to delivery was very smooth and the team is very responsive at every step. There is an assigned project coordinator managing execution and the steps are well explained. Michelle, as the sales person, owns the relationship and any questions or concerns were directed to her for quick response.
With the Federal and State tax credits, now is definitely the time to get on solar, and as promised RevoluSun completed before the end of the year, with 1.5 months to spare, actually. I definitely appreciate the helpful and responsive team and their professionalism in delivery.

I found RevoluSun to be professional and well organized. They seem to have a good system to keep track of all the jobs and contracts. The employees are personable and knowledgeable. If only the City permitting side could function as well.

I’ve used RevoluSun for both my HVAC system and my solar. In both experiences they have gone above and beyond expectations. If I ever need any of the products they offer in the future they will be first choice.
You can see the true values of a company with something doesn’t go right. I have had my HVAC system for a few years now and had a few of problems with the unit. RevoluSun has always been quick to respond and to solve the problem. This is a company I trust because they have shown time and time again that they stand by their work and will ensure its quality. I would recommend RevoluSun to anyone and I myself will be returning customer.

Be wary.
We went with Revolusun as they were marketed as a premium company. Higher prices than competitors, but with premium products and customer service. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.
The salesman was great, communicative, knowledgeable, and patient. Even with two design changes, he was responsive and helpful. After we agreed on the size of the project I was told the timelines: two months before install, one day of installation, and then the following day an engineer would come out and turn the system on.
Install day came and the crew was great—friendly, motivated, and quick. After that, I expected an engineer to come out the next day, however, I was told it would be three weeks before the engineer would come out. Revolusun’s reasoning was they had gotten backed up with projects and that was the earliest they could send someone. So I had a complete system on my roof, but was paying HECO $1200 a month for energy.
I called to see if anything could be done. I spoke with a senior engineer who said he would, “look into it and get back to me,” but I never received a phone call. I called back multiple times, and was told I would get a call back, which never happened. Poor customer service.
I had a remaining balance to pay off, and was waiting to pay it until I spoke with someone. Finally my salesperson emailed me about the remaining balance. I replied with my concerns and he never responded. Very unprofessional.
As others have mentioned in their review, once Revolusun has your money, do not expect anything from them.
Update: my sales representative called me multiple times to discuss my sentiment towards the company. After our conversation it was clear a miscommunication, poor communication, as well as good circumstance for Revoluson (got too busy), that caused my frustrating experience.
