After searching through multiple realtor companies on island to manage our property, I came across RE/MAX and read the amazing reviews left by customers.
When I called asking to speak to someone who manages properties, I was referred to Maria Karimova. Maria and I spoke briefly, discussing what their company offers and the benefits they have. She offered a lot of information and answered all of my questions. The incentives RE/MAX offers is great compared to other property management companies.
Once we decided to work with Maria, she has been nothing but AMAZING. She’s responds to any of our concerns the same day, which is rare! Most people take 2-3 business days to respond but Maria has given us reassurance and confidence that we are leaving our home in good hands. Any issues our tenants had, Maria has taken great care of them. I’m grateful to have found Maria, we’re hoping to continue to work with her in the future for our home in Hawaii. Thank you Maria!!

Beyond happy with choosing Ray P. and his team. They got me an amazing deal on my home and were very attentive to my family's needs. I can not express how excited I am to move into my new home. They made the transition so easy and his team is great. I went through 2 other realtors before meeting Ray and he was by far the BEST on the island. I will never use anyone else as he treated me like family and made buying a home easier than I could ever ask for and buying a home in Hawaii is no easy task in this crazy market right now. He got us everything we wanted and got a great deal!!!

Ray and team are amazing to work with. I had the pleasure of working with Ray and his team, and it was the best part of my day. Ray goes out of his way to answer questions and share his extensive knowledge. He makes sure his clients are well informed and up to date on the process of buying and selling. His team works extra hard to make sure the client is taken care of. Ray will also go the extra mile with other real estate agents to make sure the deal goes through and everyone is happy. Ray is the only person to buy and sell real estate with in Hawaii.

When my husband and I were looking for a house to buy, not only was the market in Hawaii post-Covid already insanely competitive But, on top of it, we had a short deadline to find a place. We were highly concerned that we would not be able to get a house at all. However, Ray worked out his "realtor magic" and surprisingly made it work! Therefore, I have no hesitation in saying that we could only find and buy the house we wanted because of Ray's hard work and competence!
I always refer him to all my friends who are considering buying a property in Hawaii! Ray has been working in the real estate field for over 20+ years, and he has excellent connections with other realtors on the island. These connections help a lot when closing a deal. He managed to get our offer for the house accepted over all the other 15+ offers that were rejected!
Ray also connected us with the best lender on the island (the best deal in comparison with other lenders), Jodie Tanga from Pacific Rim Mortgage. Jodie made it possible to get our mortgage approved, even though other lenders have previously said it would not be possible.
Also, working with Ray and his office staff was very pleasant. He is extremely responsible and professional, always making sure to keep us updated throughout the process. Not to mention he has a fun personality that makes the stress of getting a house way lighter. I even dare say that the house-buying process is exciting thanks to Ray!
