Michelle Wood is elite in her craft. Her communication, experience, and work ethic are impressive. She will make sure as a seller your interests and concerns are heard and followed up on. I needed to sell a luxury Condo in Waikiki in the million dollar range and had to do so from the mainland. This was a complicated process as my mother had vacated the property suddenly.
Michelle was the equivalent of “Better call Saul” she orchestrated every moving part necessary to prep the home and sell it in 30 days. (Painting, cleaning, minor home fixes /plumber/ electrician) + Marketing. This also included non traditional tasks such as moving furniture to McClains Auctions house. She meticulously went through all paperwork with me and made sure as her client I could be confident that this large transaction would be smooth.
The home start to finish (enormous amount work) was sold in 30 days.. Full asking price all cash.
