Not knowing where to go for breakfast, I stumbled upon 5315. I wanted a simple breakfast, nothing fancy but was pleasantly surprised with the food. I ordered the Loco Moco. It comes with rice, pork, onions, mushrooms, eggs and gravy. It was so good. The person sitting next to me ordered Hawaiian Eggs Benedict. I would recommend this place. Staff is friendly, prices are fair and dress is casual.

Super friendly service and fast service. We came a hour and half before closing and they sat us with a smile on there face. We got our food out to us soon after and it was delicious with perfect portions sized. I got the hawian chicken and it was amazing. The rest of my group got fish and chips and they said it was delicious. The burger was also amazing.

Very nice restaurant. The decoration is very cool and the service was great. We had the tempura veggies and shrimp, island burger and kalua pork, everything very good! And the cocktails were excellent!

First we are not new to vacationing on the islands, so we understand island time. We actually were in line for the Gazebo and left for reasons I will post on their review.
Now, Kitchen 5315 should be jam packed with people not wanting to wait In line for the other place, but we were the only ones there when the opened 1/2 after the other place. We walked in and there was know one to be found, I had to track someone down so we could be seated. She brought us out water and both glasses were dirty, with things floating in them...
We order and honestly the French toast was pretty good. However at no point in the 40 minutes we were there did the ask us about our meal or offer a coffee refill, just here's the check, how about a tip and thx see ya again.
They have $1 mimosas and she never brought it up. Missed opportunities all around.
The place should have been packed.

Nice place. Moderate (good) prices. I had the prime rib (available Friday and Saturday). Wife. Had the macadamia encrusted mahi. Both very good.
I would have liked grated horseradish, but the creamy horseradish was fresh.
The mahi had capers and that added a saltiness that was better than just salt and lemon.
